One East Midlands are in the process of gathering information on meeting rooms available to hire from our members and other VCS organisations in the East Midlands. 

The information will be used by One East Midlands when planning future events and will also be available to our members and other VCS organisations on request.

• Number of meeting rooms
• Maximum capacity of each room
• Catering and refreshments
• Parking
• Transport links
• Equipment and facilities
• Accessibility
• Prices.
