EMBridge locally based partner programme

The Mighty Creatives EMBridge organisation has launched the second phase of the Locally based partner programme, an opportunity for partnerships of organisations who use arts and culture to support children and young people from culturally diverse communities to tender for investment up to £30,000. 

For this programme they are targeting the following priority groups of young people:

  • Early intervention, including provision for very young children and their families
  • Young people and families not in education, employment or training
  • Children and young people with a disability or disabling condition
  • Culturally diverse communities including BME, travellers and economic migrants

In order to address deprivation, under-utilization of arts and culture and/or lack of cultural infrastructure investment, the programme will be targeted for activity taking place in the following priority areas of Amber Valley, Bassetlaw, Chesterfield, Derby UA, Kettering, Newark and Sherwood, North West Leicestershire, Wellingborough and West Lindsey.

The EMBridge Community Partnership team will be holding a briefing events in order for potential applicants to ask questions ahead of submitting their formal applications, which will take place at Palace Theatre, Appletongate, Newark, Nottinghamshire NG24 1JY on Wednesday 5 June from 11am to 1pm.
