Together in Service Fund

The Together in Service Fund will provide up to £160,000 over two years in small grants of £2,000 or £5,000 to facilitate new multi faith social action at the local level.

The fund, supported by the Department for Communities and Local Government and administered by FaithAction, will make grants available on a one-to-one match-funding basis to constituted bodies.

The closing date for the next round of applications is 5pm on Monday 26 May.

For further information on the fund, including how to apply, visit www.togetherinservice.net/funding.

FaithAction will also be running a funding workshop at the University of Leicester on Tuesday 3 June from 10am to 4pm.

The workshop, which aims to help delegates get ahead when it comes to applying for grant funding, will include examples of funded and unfunded applications and  practical exercises.

Topics included during the workshop, which costs £50 to attend, will include types of funding, help from funders, why applications fail, budgets, and layout and impact.
