Advising Groups on Funding Issues - online accredited course

Are you a funding adviser, development worker or does your role include supporting VCS groups to access funds? Have you been in post for at least six months?

One EM, in partnership with EMFAN, are offering an online accredited OCN level 3 course in Advising Groups on Funding Issues delivered by Fit4Funding. Aimed at funding advisers, development workers and anyone whose role includes supporting VCS groups to access funding, this online course combines a range of interactive experiences, networking opportunities and one-to-one support, to deliver training on:

  • The role of the funding adviser
  • Good practice in giving funding advice
  • Diagnosing groups' needs
  • Clarifying complex funding criteria
  • Giving feedback on draft applications
  • Voluntary sector funding trends.

The course will start during the week commencing 9 July.

The cost of the course is £165 for VCS and £210 for non VCS.
