Case Studies
The project has put together a number of case studies of VCS organisations in the East Midlands that have moved towards or well down the path of trading. They each have different stories to tell. The case studies pick up on particular themes or issues that many organisations will recognise. The stories are told mainly in the words of the people who are ‘doing it’ from the organisations. We hope that you will learn a lot from others’ experiences and that it will encourage you to think about how it applies to your organisations.
These are the initial case studies; more will be added shortly.
