Role of the Outcomes Frameworks

Improving health and care: the role of the outcomes frameworks sets out how the three outcomes frameworks, Adult Social Care, the NHS and Public Health, work together to achieve the desired outcomes for the health and care system.

  • Demonstrates how the three frameworks are aligned
  • The role of shared and complementary indicators
  • Sets out how they will work together in practice to help the system address the challenges facing the health and care system.
