Dying Matters Coalition website

The Dying Matters Coalition, which is leading a new partnership project funded by Macmillan Cancer Support, has launched a new website to help people approaching the end of life find services that can support them.

This project is aimed at people in the last years of life of life, their family, carers and friends. It will enable them to search for a wide range of local support services, as well as providing information and access to a supportive online community.
