Manifesto for children, young people and families
Children England has launched a new manifesto writing process ahead of the 2015 general election.
The manifesto, which will be written collaboratively with their members, will focus on the following key areas:
- Overarching (covering cross-cutting issues such as childhood, poverty, rights);
- Schools;
- Health;
- Families and family life;
- Early years;
- Youth;
- Justice;
- Special Educational Needs and Disabilities;
- Looked after children;
- Benefits and housing; and
- Refugees and Migrants.
