Fundamental standards for health and social care providers
The Department of Health has launched a consultation in regard to proposed changes to Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration requirements.
The consultation seeks views on new draft regulations that will introduce fundamental standards as legal requirements that all providers of health and social care must meet to be registered with the CQC.
