Nominations for New Year Honours 2015

The Department of Health is calling for nominations for the New Year Honours 2015.

Candidates must have made a valuable contribution to the health and social care system and the Department is particularly seeking those who provide a hands on service to be considered for the British Empire Medal (BEM) award.

The deadline for submitting honour nominations is Monday 31 March.
