VCS evidence+health commissioning: Learning from the Citizens Advice Bureau – 12 June

Taking place on Thursday 12 June from 10am to 12noon, free webinar is being held in response to a growing appetite from the VCS to think about the evidence they need to put their case to commissioners.

The webinar, being held by the Department of Health, NHS England and Public Health England Voluntary Sector Strategic Partners Programme, will be an opportunity for participants to think creatively about evidence that could influence health service commissioning in their area, learning from the example of Citizens Advice Bureau.

By the end of the webinar participants will:

  • Have developed ideas for how they can use their own data to influence commissioning;
  • Be aware of the Citizen’s Advice Bureau’s Health and Poverty Tool and know how other VCS organisations can use it; and
  • Have considered what evidence may be available elsewhere or that you may want to collect in order to influence health strategies.

Places on the webinar are limited to one per organisation. To book a place visit www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/webinar-voluntary-sector-evidence-and-health-commissioning-learning-from-the-example-of-citizens-tickets-11554918071.

The recorded webinar will be available online after it takes place.
