Accolades 2014/15 open for nominations

The Skills for Care Accolades, which reward the best of the best in adult social care and provide an opportunity to share best practice, are now open for nominations.

Individuals and organisations can nominate themselves or another individual or organisation in any of the following categories:          

• Best employer of under 250 staff
• Best employer of over 250 staff
• Best individual employer who employs their own care and support staff
• Best provider of learning and development
• Best employer support for Apprenticeships
• Best employer support for the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
• Best recruitment initiatives
• Most effective new approach to integration and innovation
• Most effective user of workforce intelligence
• Best employer promoting carers as expert partners in care.
