Tender opportunity to form contract ready consortia

Does your organisation currently provide products and services in the support and rehabilitation of ex-offenders? One EM has been SEEM (Social Enterprise East Midlands) to discover if there is any interest amongst you OURmembers and contacts in a tender opportunity to form a contract ready consortia. The funding for this work comes from NOMS (National Offender Management Service) and the objective is to form a collective of organisations under a consortium that would be able and ready to respond to opportunities in the future. There are no guarantees of work at this stage and the funding at this stage is intended only to help finance the development of these structures not to actually provide services. SEEM have expressed an interest to NOMS that they would be willing to act as a lead partner but are keen to find players who operate in this field and might wish to explore joint working further. Organisations which are focused on tackling worklessness amongst ex offenders are particularly encouraged to get in touch. SEEM plan to bring interested parties together in the first instance to scope ideas. For further information contact SEEM at info@seem.uk.net or telephone 0115 964 8372.
